Learning HTML and CSS from scratch

I am long overdue for a career change, and in my case, the first step has been to learn new skills. When I first considered software development as a new professional path, I truly had no idea its popularity. In the earliest days of my research, I was overwhelmed by the wealth of resources, articles, videos, books, and coding bootcamps to choose from. It was that classic contradiction: more options, more indecisiveness.
